Returns for refund or exchange must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

All parts must be returned or their value will be deducted from the credit invoice.

Simply call us at (407) 563-2701 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, and return your product(s) to the Address shown below.

Returns 

You will need to include the following with your merchandise return:

* The RMA # you received from us
* The original receipt with “Date of Purchase” circled
* Payment of $35 for International Shipping
* We highly recommend you place shipping insurance on your package.

Size Exchange

Should you feel you have purchased an incorrect size and want to exchange for another size, simply contact us  (407) 563-2701 to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) Number. You will need to include the following with your merchandise return:

* Your requested exchange size
